Are Saphirius pieces hypoallergenic?

Compositions are listed on product pages to help you choose. For highly reactive skin, customer care can guide you toward the most suitable finishes.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery information: timing, fees, carriers, delivery areas and available options are confirmed at checkout based on ordered items, delivery address and availability.

Can I send a piece directly as a gift?

Yes. Premium gift options are shown separately when available. The invoice remains digital.

What if the size is not right?

Applicable return or exchange terms are described in the returns policy: Returns within 14 days after receipt. Requests can be sent to contact@saphirius.com; withdrawal may also be notified by any unambiguous statement. Return costs are paid by the customer except for Saphirius error, defective, damaged or non-conforming products. The size guide and customer care are here to help before ordering.
