Saphirius terms of sale.
These terms govern online Saphirius sales to consumers. They must be read before ordering and remain subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Contract framework
Seller
The seller is SAPHIRIUS DIGITAL COMMERCE, the commercial name of the individual business operated by RAIS ZAKARYA, registered under number 105 120 349 R.C.S. Paris, SIRET 10512034900011, with principal establishment at 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France.

Products, prices and availability
Products are described on their product pages with essential characteristics, variants, prices, applicable taxes and any fees before order confirmation.
Prices are displayed in euros including taxes for consumers when tax is applicable. Offers are valid while stocks last.
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, Saphirius informs the customer and offers, as applicable, waiting, a replacement product accepted by the customer or a refund of amounts paid.
Order and payment
The order becomes binding after payment validation by the payment provider and issuance of the confirmation email. The customer must check the cart contents, delivery address and contact details before payment.
Payment is made through the secure methods offered at checkout, including payment providers configured in the Shopify environment. Saphirius does not store full bank card details.
Delivery
Delivery information: timing, fees, carriers, delivery areas and available options are confirmed at checkout based on ordered items, delivery address and availability.
If no specific delivery date or period is stated before ordering, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order under applicable law.
No unconfirmed carrier, exact timing, delivered country, delivery fee or delivery benefit is added to these terms.
Delay, cancellation and lost parcel
In case of delay, the customer may contact contact@saphirius.com. If delivery does not take place, the customer may ask Saphirius to deliver within a reasonable additional period; if that period expires without delivery, the customer may cancel the contract.
When the sale is cancelled for non-delivery, Saphirius refunds the amounts paid under the statutory conditions. If the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost, Saphirius offers an available replacement or a refund.
Withdrawal and commercial return
The consumer has the applicable legal withdrawal right, except where a legal exception applies, notably for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Consumer customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal by writing to contact@saphirius.com or by any unambiguous statement expressing the decision to withdraw. After receiving the return or withdrawal request, Saphirius will send the applicable return address and shipping instructions. This address may differ from Saphirius' professional address and may be located outside the customer's country of residence depending on the order concerned. Items must be returned within 14 days after notification of withdrawal. Return costs are paid by the customer, except for Saphirius error, defective, damaged or non-conforming products. Returned items must be complete and undamaged, with accessories, labels and original packaging where possible. The customer is responsible for depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Refund is made no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal; for goods, Saphirius may defer it until receipt of the return or proof of shipment. No item may be returned to any address other than the one sent in writing by Saphirius.
The applicable return address is sent by email after Saphirius receives the return or withdrawal request. It may differ from Saphirius' professional address. No item may be returned without written instructions from Saphirius.

Refunds
In case of valid withdrawal, the refund covers the price paid and initial standard delivery fees where applicable, excluding any supplement chosen for a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered.
Refund is made through the original payment method no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal; for goods, Saphirius may defer it until receipt of the return or proof of shipment. Saphirius may apply a deduction for diminished value caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Legal guarantees
The customer benefits from the French legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
The legal guarantee of conformity may be exercised within two years from delivery of the goods. In case of non-conformity, the consumer may request repair or replacement, then, under statutory conditions, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.
The guarantee against hidden defects may be exercised within two years from discovery of the defect. The consumer may return the goods and obtain a refund, or keep the goods and obtain a price reduction.
These guarantees apply independently from any commercial return policy. In case of non-conformity or defect, contact contact@saphirius.com with the order number and a description of the issue; useful elements such as photos or documents may be requested without limiting the customer’s legal rights.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their European Union country of residence.
